The Public Library's Relationship with its Homeless Patronage

In this qualitative study, I will interview and observe five employees of a downtown urban library that has a significant number of homeless patrons. I will use these interviews to investigate how the library can best manage its relationship with its homeless patronage to the benefit of the library as a whole.

"Employees" -- do you mean librarians? If so, just use librarians to be precise.
